I wanted to leave a small reply as to the service of these girls and their performance. I felt it was necessary because I always look for reviews before I select a vendor. Although they were 15 minutes late, which I won't hold against them because we were in a very traffic congested area, the dance performance was exceptional. They were very interactive with my guest, and the performance was exciting and luxurious. The costumes and props were phenomenal. The guest of honor felt like a king because it was a royal performance. I highly recommend these girls for any party, they definitely added a special touch and the cost was very reasonable. The Bellytrance team were an amazing addition to my daughter's Sweet Sixteen. They left the audience both stunned and memorized during their entire performance. The sword tricks, candlelit performance and body control were spectacular. When looking for belly dancers, I went for the best performance and the best price. BellyTrance is a dream that took a magical journey to become a reality. I have always dreamed of inspiring audiences with performances that would make them forget to breathe… where the moment would stop, the time would freeze, and there would be only spirit of dance and joy in the air. BellyTrance group has been committed to deliver the best for its audiences, creating mesmerizing shows that bring people together, expose them to culture and tradition of the Middle-East, Central Asia, South-East, and other exotic parts of the world.
While the work it takes is extremely rewarding emotionally and spiritually, BellyTrance shows require considerable investment. Our costumes are exquisite, created individually for each number of the show, sometimes coming from as far as Uzbekistan; our dancers rehearse several times a week at the rented studios, and our props are varied and also sometimes custom made.
Donations to BellyTrance would help to cover some of the costs associated with the production of the shows. More importantly, it would help to realize our goal of creating a Las Vegas type of show, where we could perform in theaters around the world.
It is our strong belief that the art of Middle-Eastern dance is still a hidden gem, which needs to be exposed and enjoyed on a larger scale. That is our goal, and we hope to accomplish it together with you! We appreciate any donations, small or large, anything that would contribute into making our beloved art form serve its purpose of uniting people of different backgrounds through music and dance.
